Spring Clean Up

This is a great way to kick off a new season and celebrate spring. Our professional crews will perform a thorough cleaning of your property, removing sticks and leaves that have fallen during the winter and any remaining perennials and ornamental grasses.

Pruning

It is important to know how your plants should be maintained. Certain shrubs need to be pruned at different frequencies, different seasons, or using different techniques. This will have a big impact on the appearance and health of your outdoor spaces. Our pruning is done by a specifically trained and knowledgeable crew that will strive to bring out your investment’s full potential.

Fertilizer

We offer a very high quality fertilizer that provides an even feeding to your lawn through out the season.This provides you with even, consistent color throughout the season. Our fertilizer is 96% PSCU. The more common fertilizers contain a smaller percentage of “slow release”. They cost less, but allow the turf’s color to fade between applications. With our product we can provide a more even feeding with only 3 fertilizer applications per year. Fewer applications mean less labor costs for our clients. Most of our competition, and most suppliers, do not have access to this premium product.

Mowing

Some clients hire a mowing service simply because they do not have the time to maintain their own lawn. Our clients hire Sneller’s Landscaping because they want their property to have a truly professional image for their office or home. We specifically strive for straight mowing lines, proper trimming around obstacles, clean and well defined edges, complete cleaning of grass clippings from paved areas and planting beds, as well as many other details that make the difference.

Core Aeration

Aerating a lawn can have many benefits, including better infiltration of water, oxygen, and nutrients into the soil, as well as alleviating soil compaction which will aid in turfgrass health. Depending on your specific soil type, the amount of traffic on your lawn, and other factors, aerating may or may not be necessary. We will be able to evaluate your property and discuss our recommendations with you.

Weeding

We have devoted people that take care of the weeding in the planting beds. They enjoy it, and keep them clean. Twice each month they will go through all of your planting beds to spray the small weeds and pull the larger weeds. This system is a big improvement over having the mowing crew also pull weeds when or if they have time.

Fall Leaf Clean Up

Cleaning leaves can be a big chore on many properties. Our crews are equipped with a wide variety of equipment specifically designed to clean leaves efficiently, leaving your property looking crisp and clean.

Snow & Ice Management

Sneller’s Landscaping has the experience and equipment to handle all of your snow and ice management needs. Our clients enjoy increased safety and reduced liability for themselves and their clients during all types of winter weather.

We are able to maintain timely service in the worst weather with our fleet of 22 snow plows, 2 de-icing trucks, and 14 snow shovelers. Our equipment is scheduled for a 5 hour route during a 2-3” snow fall, which means we will be able to service your property several times during bigger storms. If a piece of equipment breaks down, our larger fleet and shorter routes allow us to maintain a high level of service for you and your clients.

You can put your confidence in Sneller’s Landscaping. We monitor the weather full-time for black ice conditions, freezing rain, snowfall, drifting, and slippery areas caused by melting snow. We take a proactive approach to servicing your property.

We can discuss our service options with you and develop a custom service package for you. Some clients choose only to have us plow their snow. Others have a “Black Pavement Policy” including pre-treating parking lots and sidewalks prior to a snow event. De-icing services are also available on a ‘per request’ basis.

Our unique blend of granular and liquid de-icing products create fast acting and long lasting protection against slip and fall lawsuits. It will effectively melt snow and ice during temperatures of 15 degrees below zero –that’s 30 degrees colder than rock salt!
